Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
- Customers can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order.
- Once an order has been processed, shipped, or a service has started, cancellations may not be possible.
- Service appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 8 days under the following conditions:
- If an order is canceled within 2 hours, a full refund will be issued.
- If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must report the issue within [X] days of delivery.
- Refunds are not provided for digital products, used items, or services already rendered.
