1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order.
  • Once an order has been processed, shipped, or a service has started, cancellations may not be possible.
  • Service appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 8 days under the following conditions:

  • If an order is canceled within 2 hours, a full refund will be issued.
